National Service for Foriegn Born Singapore?

If they are born in Singapore and has been living in Singapore for at least 16 years, i think it should be yes! although they have dual citizenship.

I disagree.. Those foriegn born here have been away from their homeland for so many years. They have losts their citizenship and they are well recognise as foriegners. Thus they are not required to serve NS.
